Buyers see three rungs: Fresh, Organic and Verified Pure. Each needs a document, and ShopQ checks it with the issuer.

Step by step
- Open Trust & proof and pick the rung you have a document for.
- For Organic, enter your NPOP certificate: the issuer, the number and when it expires.
- Tick the products it covers and attach a clear photo of the certificate.
- Send it for review. ShopQ checks it with the issuer and the rung shows on your brand.
- For Fresh, add the farm's proof of origin on the product itself.
