Buy to the totals, close orders at the cutoff, pack one card per flat, and get paid at the door.

Step by step
- Orders arrive on the delivery, already added up.
- Open Totals: it is your shopping list. Buy to it.
- When the cutoff passes, close orders. Nothing changes after this.
- Open Packing: one card per flat. Tick as you pack.
- Mark out for delivery. Every buyer is told.
- At the door the buyer pays you directly, and the order shows paid.
- Add the day's photos, and a lab report if you have one.
