Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. ShopQ Does Not Ship Goods

ShopQ is a connecting platform. It does not stock inventory, does not ship goods, and does not itself perform services. Any physical handover or service delivery is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller/provider.

2. Handover Options

Depending on the listing and what the parties agree, handover may happen by:
- Self-pickup / in-person handover at a place and time the parties choose; or
- an optional connected delivery/rider service, where such a network is available for that category and the parties choose to use it.

Any timelines shown in the app are indicative only and are set by the parties or the connected service, not guaranteed by ShopQ.

3. Digital Items

For digital listings (for example vouchers, codes, or tickets), delivery is completed when the seller shares the relevant details with the buyer through the agreed channel. ShopQ does not generate or guarantee the underlying digital item.

4. Risk & Responsibility

Because ShopQ does not transport goods or perform services, ShopQ is not responsible for delivery, delays, loss, or the condition or quality of what is exchanged. Please verify the item and the other party directly at handover. Disputes are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
