Pricing & Fees

ShopQ is a connecting platform. Money for the goods or services you buy or sell is settled directly between users, peer-to-peer. ShopQ does not take a commission or cut of that amount and does not hold it in escrow.

ShopQ earns revenue from services it provides. Depending on the feature you use, these may include:
- Connection / unlock fees — to connect with a listing or provider
- Verification fees — KYC / trust checks
- Provider subscriptions — plans for sellers/partners
- Agreement generation — e-stamped / e-signed agreements where offered
- Promoted listings — optional visibility boosts

Free features remain free; a chargeable service is optional and you choose to use it.

Any ShopQ service fee (including applicable taxes such as GST) is displayed to you before you incur it. You will not be charged a ShopQ fee you have not seen and accepted. Fees are collected through our authorized payment partners (Razorpay, UPI via Juspay); ShopQ does not store your card or bank-account details.

We may add, change, or remove service fees over time. Current pricing is shown in the app at the point of use. Changes do not apply retroactively to a service you have already paid for.

Refunds of ShopQ service fees are handled per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
